Transaction fees charged would not be refunded by any means for any refund, reversal or chargeback of any payment. Transaction charges would be borne by the Cardholder for any payment of fees. If Transaction charges are borne by School in special cases or in privileges, then in case of any refund, reversal or chargeback of that payment received will be subject to deduction of Transaction charges paid for that particular transaction. Transaction Fees once paid are not refundable. You will have to contact school authority for any cancellation or dispute.
In case of Transaction failure and where payment is deducted from your account, but not updated in your School Web Panel or App then wait at least 48 hrs. Do not initiate further payment so that there is no double payment for that particular installment of fees. If still not updated then contact with School along with the copy of email Receipt or any other proof of transaction. You will receive the payment back to the same account or card from where the payment was initially made. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund from us.
Agartala will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.
